About Our Academy

Cross Collar Jiu Jitsu is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy in old Seabrook serving students from Clear Lake, League City, Kemah, Nassau Bay, Webster, and Friendswood. Our academy is home to people of all ages, backgrounds, and experience levels — from first-day beginners to dedicated competitors.

Our approach

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is the foundation of everything we do, but we do not stop at BJJ. We offer high-level Vici Wrestling instruction for kids, helping young athletes build confidence, discipline, and athletic fundamentals, plus MMA training for adults who want a complete combat sports experience. Whether your goal is competition, fitness, self-defense, or a hobby you look forward to each week, you will progress at your own pace.

A family on the mats

One of the things that truly sets Cross Collar apart is our family-oriented environment. Many parents and children train together, creating stronger bonds and growing side by side through shared challenges. It is common to see entire families on the mats, supporting one another and building lifelong habits of resilience and respect.

As a proud affiliate of the BJJ Revolution Team, our students are welcomed to train at other affiliated academies, giving them access to a broader network and expanded learning opportunities.
